I had the pleasure of dining at L'Envol recently and it was a truly delightful experience. The staff was attentive and friendly. While I thoroughly enjoyed the food, I must admit that the portion sizes left me wanting just a little bit more. However, each plate was a work of art, beautifully arranged and visually stunning. I wholeheartedly recommend L'Envol for any business lunch or special fine dining occasion. The combination of exceptional service, delectable cuisine, and remarkable food presentation makes it a great choice.

Amazing food and impeccable service. Worth a detour! The seasonal winter menu is great, and we especially liked the ravioli with wild boar, mushroom and 24-month Compte cheese emulsion.

15th Wedding Anniversary lunch. Chef Olivier Elzer has created an amazing experience. He and his team took us for an amazing culinary journey of all his signature dishes. From the time you walk-in till the final dessert every detail has been considered. Being our anniversary they finished with a personalised Anniversary Cake and photo to remember the occasion. I have included a teaser of some of the amazing dishes we had to experience below. Can’t wait to visit again.

This is my second time visiting L'Envol Restaurant, and it never fails to impress me. The ambiance is beautiful, and the service is exceptional. I want to especially commend Assistant Manager Derek and Victoria for their heartfelt and attentive service, which embodies the best attitude of hospitality professionals. I also want to praise the entire kitchen team, who are always smiling, cooperative, and welcoming to customers. They truly add credit to the entire restaurant. The starters to desserts, managed by the chef's team, never disappoints. This time, we celebrated our daughter's graduation, and they surprised us with a handwritten note and a photo. Thank you for your attentive service, and I will definitely come back to the restaurant. I want to emphasize that the lunch is great value for money, and the food ingredients are fresh. I believe the management and staff have put in a lot of effort. The only thing I would like to suggest is to review the hostess uniform, as it seems a bit ill-fitting. Since they are the first to greet customers, it is important to leave a good impression. It might just be my professional habit, as I am a professional image and etiquette consultant trainer:) Overall was excellent! Great Management and team! Thank you! May

What a treat, a very special restaurant. We have been lucky enough to go to l’envol few times over the last years. We never had an average dish. From the setting to the service, it’s all perfect. The meal was a delight. Every dish was wonderfully delicious. The best ingredients are used and of course amazingly executed. Today, if I had to pick some of the tasty dishes that we were served it would be : - the trout/wasabi Mayo/gingerbread amuse bouche, - the bread and butters, - the sardines, - the veal, - the beef, - the lemon and fennel soufflé. For a special meal, this is a great place to pick

A Culinary Masterpiece The food was impeccable—each dish a work of art, bursting with flavor. The service was flawless, with attentive staff who anticipated every need. The ambience was enchanting, striking the perfect balance of elegance and comfort. For an unforgettable dining experience, this restaurant is a must-visit. One more thing to note, L’envol has a remarkable wine collection, yhe prices of some of their rare wines are surprisingly reasonable.

Just an absolute breathtaking and stunning culinary experience. First class location at the St. Regis HK (5 minute walk from the new Exhibition Centre MTR Station). First class decor and ambience in a cozy, warm and classy deco. First class service especially from Derek who took excellent care of us, to Chris - Director at the restaurant who took the time to explain to us some meticulous details of the establishment (down to the detail of the "bubbles & caviar" on the table cloth). The food quality and presentation, is just absolutely PERFECT in every sense of the word with only the best raw material, spices, flavouring, & cooking methods used. The wine selection is out of this world. Reservation is highly recommended, and expect to be pampered with just-right attentive service. Be prepared for your taste buds to be awoken to flavors you never knew existed before. EASILY a Top-10 restaurant in Hong Kong. 6 Stars! Thank you L'Envol team to a job well done.

Amazing French restaurant, flawless attentive service, great taste, great wine pairing. Sommelier matched a fish dish raspberries sauce with a red burgundy and it worked! Our menu (dining city promotion) gave us exactly what we needed because the signature menu might have too much carviar to our taste. It was also our lucky night that there were fireworks tonight and we could get a glimpse from our window. What a perfect night. Thank you l'envol.
